Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with WiserPrompts. This policy explains how refunds work for paid plans.
1. Free version
The core WiserPrompts extension is free. There is nothing to refund for the free tier — simply uninstall the extension from your browser if you no longer wish to use it.
2. Paid plans — 14-day money-back guarantee
All paid plans and one-time purchases come with a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no questions asked.
Full refund within 14 days
If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund with no conditions and no questions asked.
3. Subscriptions
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Renewals may be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.
4. Payments and refund processing
Payments for WiserPrompts paid plans are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Paddle's own Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@wiserprompts.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Your order or transaction ID (if available).
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
