1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WiserPrompts browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. About us

The Extension is developed and operated by Coinlabs ("we", "us", "our"). WiserPrompts is a product of Coinlabs. References to "WiserPrompts" in these Terms refer to the Extension as a product; references to the legal entity are to Coinlabs.

3. Description of the Extension

WiserPrompts is a browser extension that provides a library of prompt templates and allows users to save custom prompts for use with AI chat services such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The Extension is provided "as is" and is subject to change at any time.

4. Licence

Coinlabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Extension solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension or its content.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Extension to:

• Generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate the terms of service of any AI platform you use alongside the Extension.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Extension.
• Use the Extension in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Extension or third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and prompt templates provided within the Extension are the intellectual property of Coinlabs and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The prompt templates are provided for your personal use only and may not be republished or sold.

7. User-generated content

Any prompts you create and save using the Extension are yours. You retain full ownership of your custom prompts. Coinlabs does not access, store, or transmit your saved prompts — they remain in your browser's local storage.

8. Payments

Paid plans for WiserPrompts are processed by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record. By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browser versions or AI platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coinlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Extension.

11. Third-party platforms

The Extension is designed to work alongside third-party AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Modifications to the Extension and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration.
